If you work in emergency services in any capacity, then you know how difficult it can be to stay healthy and at the top of your game. Timing, meal options, budget concerns, and stress overload are just a few of the challenges that we, as first responders, face. However, you also know that our jobs are based around serving our nation and helping the public. How are we supposed to give the best, if we don't feel our best?

Lucky for you, that's where I come in.

I am a Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered (NDTR), as well as a proud Wildland Firefighter. I started FiredUp Nutrition to reach a demographic of people who give their all, and perform critically important jobs, but often at the expense of their own health and wellness. 

Full body health and optimal performance begins with proper nutrition...but most nutrition advice is extremely generalized, and often geared towards the "average American", working 9-5. As a wildland firefighter myself, I know many of the challenges first responders face, and I'm here to provide straightforward, science-backed, and practical information to help you get FIREDUP!
